About the runner

I am a Swedish endurance athlete with a passion for long distances, trails, and adventures that test both body and mind. Based in the very south of Sweden, I balance family life with training and racing – from triathlons to ultra trail running. My journey has taken me from local orienteering races to completing the Kullamannen 100K, and now I am preparing for the ultimate challenge: the 100 miles. For me, running is more than racing – it’s about exploring limits, connecting with nature, and sharing the journey with others. Outside the trails I host a podcast together with my wife Anna, where we talk about training, balance and life, hoping to inspire others to find joy in movement. My dream is to continue chasing adventures around the world, one race at a time.
